Coneybeare is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Seeking a motivated and hungry Inside Sales Trailblazer to join oursales team and thriving family-and employee-owned building materials and lumber company! $80k - $100K total comp. with lucrative commissions. We also offer an excellent benefits package and a very generous ESOP program!

About the Role

  • Grow existing book of business and acquire new business by selling building materials to contractors via cold calling and some face to face on the field sales
  • Focus will be on selling building materials, but may cross-sell lumber as well
  • Learn and master the company's internal sales software
  • Ideal candidates have sales experience in the concrete industry, targeting concrete subcontractors for residential or commercial projects, or similar industries (construction, rebar, building materials, etc.)
  • Act as a consultant to the customers and help sell them the products that best fit their needs and timeline
  • Company sells hardware and lumber to contractors and DIY enthusiasts
  • This role is fully on-site (Mon. - Fri. and Saturdays as needed)

Requirements

  • 5-10 yr. Inside Sales experience
  • Sales experience in Concrete industry or related industries (i.e. construction, hardware, building materials, rebar, etc.)
  • Technical knowledge of construction industry and familiarity with concrete products/building materials (i.e. concrete, anchor bolts, rebar, foundation products, etc.)
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Hungry and incentivized by high earning potential commission structure
