 is a dynamic marketing firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in cutting-edge strategies to propel brands forward in the digital landscape. With a fully remote team, they leverage creativity, innovation, and technology to drive impactful results for our clients across various industries.

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant on a contractor basis who will support our executive management in brand management, day/weekly organization, and task management. This role requires a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is adept at handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist executive management with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operation of the business.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Support brand management initiatives by ensuring brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in brand management or marketing is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
