Essential Responsibilities:
• Focuses on new business growth through acquisition of target prospect accounts in a geographic region.• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building within all applicable departments, including but not limited to procurement, signage/branding, corporate real estate, facility services and sustainability/energy.• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.• Leverages customer contacts/relationships to identify and solicit new business opportunities.• Responsible for total revenue of assigned accounts, including products and services, in line with annualized quota (tracked and reported monthly) and year over year annual revenue growth plan.• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to develop and implement sales strategies.• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and meeting company goals.• Manages and resolves high-level customer conflicts.• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer Facing Account/Program Management, experience selling to facilities or marketing teams preferred• Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts and build deep relationships within an organization• Proven track record of daily prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error-free work• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environment• Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, experience with Salesforce and/or ZoomInfo a plus• Travel will be required as necessary, 15-30%• Physical and mental demands• Bachelors degree in related field is preferred
