The Partner API CSTs support Partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) that integrate directly with TikTok Shop.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally between the internal Product RD team and ISVs (Independent Software Vendor) , merchants
• Work in a small team with minimal supervision to drive improvements and innovative solutions to complex issues in an end-to-end project
• Identify application performance roadblocks and implement optimizations for the growing Ecommerce ecoystem
• Continuously track technical risks and gaps while presenting mitigation strategies and recommendations to external and internal stakeholders on an on-going basis
• Test, troubleshoot and enhance applications and user test cases

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Strong cross-team collaboration skills, self-starter attitude with the ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the E-commerce space, technical support, solution engineering or equivalent
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, debugging response codes, token auths, and other web technologies to understand problems end to end
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns while also demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Professional experience with at least one client-side/server-side language such as: JAVA / Python / Javascript, can read basic code logic
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable working non-standard work hours to collaborate with global teams.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79420 - $171422 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
