Join us as a Inside Sales Account Rep in our Delavan facility. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting sales by providing customer care and sales support.

This involves providing solutions to drive sales growth, as well as effectively managing internal activities & external customers’ expectations to ensure superior customer service.

You will be responsible for supporting sales in a technology environment via phone / email / video chat with customers in the Water Supply / Water Disposal business category.

More details about the opportunity :

• Have earned at least an Associate's Degree
• Have at least 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales, and / or Marketing
• Provide day-to-day problem resolution, especially through effective communications (via phone and email); this position will be accountable for managing incoming email and providing timely responses
• Partner with TSM to drive incremental sales and post-sales support activities
• Manage post sales interactions order status, shipping ETA, lead-times, claims, warranties, etc. for finite list of key accounts

Position hours / shifts (Overtime Available!) :

1st shift

Physical Requirements :

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
