Description
HR Coordinator
The Temporary HR Assistant will be assisting with HR special projects such as setting up electronic filing system and making sure we are following HR record keeping processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating employee personnel files for active and termed employees
- Create personnel files and file all Human Resources paperwork in compliance with labor laws
Preferred Qualifications :
- Possess strong ability to multitask
- Possess great customer service skills
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices preferred
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Experience supporting HR Business Partners
- Experience maintaining and managing data in HR systems and scanning
