Responsibilities of the Customer Care Associate:

Provide vital support to the Sales department by handling customer returns and warranty claims.
*
Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about their claims and ensure they stay informed on the progress.

Assess individual customer needs, address inquiries, and escalate relevant issues to management when necessary.
*
Efficiently manage a shared inbox and promptly process customer requests.
*
Skillfully process requests related to parts, warranties, and returns.
*
Showcase your adaptability and versatility by effectively managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements for the Customer Care Associate:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
*
Preferred: Proficiency in technical skills and familiarity with basic computer software and the SAP system.

Exceptional follow-up skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various internal teams and management levels.

A highly innovative and resourceful problem-solving approach, consistently delivering effective solutions.
