Our Telecommute Customer Care Associate, Remote Management Center (Telecommute Associate) continuously works to improve the level of service we extend to our clients and parking customers, particularly to incoming intercom calls, telephone calls, emails, and all aspects of customer contact within the Remote Management Center. Maintains a positive attitude while working with customers and clients in a fast-paced environment. Identifies and resolves customer inquiries, adjusts quickly to the changing demands of daily priorities in a professional manner and performs other duties of the position.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment with high-level interactions with customers and clients.
• Must be comfortable in the fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Home office free of background noise and distractions with wired high-speed internet.
