Business Development Representative – Technology Solutions

We are a solid, privately-owned company looking for individuals who have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Business Development Representative for HCI working out of our Dallas location, you will be a critical part of a dynamic and collaborative effort to provide Motorola wireless technology solutions to a wide range of industries.

What You’ll be Doing:

· Identifying selling opportunities and increasing existing customer revenue

· Selling assigned products and services via phone

· Meeting/exceeding monthly sales goals and lead generation goals

· Developing new business revenue by utilizing sales best practices

· Contacting assigned accounts on a regular basis

· Assisting field sales representatives through lead generation and by working as a strategic partner and valued support resource

· Conducting outbound call campaigns and driving promotion awareness

· You have inside sales and/or customer service experience (wireless industry experience a plus)

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
