Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through products
- Assist customers based on their preferences
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure products are readily available
- Handle cash register transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and closing sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Knowledge of firearms is a plus, but not required...will be trained
- Proficient in operating a cash register and POS system
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly store environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction

We are hiring 2 more full time gun counter sales associates! Requirements are the following:

-Must be 18 years or older

-Must have a clean record

-Must be able to pass a Drug Test-Gun knowledge preferred, but not required

-Must be capable of working extended hours on your feet

-Must be available 40 hours minimum

-Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
