The Health Assemblance Group is a health insurance umbrella of 6 individual agencies, with a few different options for employment available year-round. For 8 years we have aimed to be one of your best options, and we hope to attract above-average candidates in return.
We have sales, retention, and customer service options available to apply for year-round. We are contracted with 4 different types of insurance, and we separate each product in its own location. For example, our 2 ACA offices are in Deerfield and Boca Raton. Our Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage offices are in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. We also have two Limited Medical centers both in Deerfield.
We do not waste anyone's time. You will learn from your first call with us how open and helpful we are by describing important information with you and by answering the questions we already know you have. It is in your absolute best interest to apply, and take your first call with us right away. We will happily take 10 minutes assessment with each caller. If we can pass that, we will then have you speak with your potential manager. And last, we would have come to one of our locations and see everything we have told you about us in person. Or just have you start the soonest date.

Each of our sales positions pays $15.00 an hour. ACA commission is $25-$40. Medicare Supplement commissions are $250.00 a sale plus $50-$100 with add-ons. Medicare Advantage pays $80-$140 per sale. Our Limited Med is all Inbounds $250-$400 sale
