Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Weld and fabricate components as needed - Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment - Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for larger repair projects - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Skills: - Facilities maintenance experience preferred - Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Ability to weld and fabricate components - Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to perform repairs - Familiarity with reading schematics and logic controllers We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
