Position Overview:
Clarissa Ogden Insurance Agency- Farmers Insurance in Bentonville, AR is seeking a highly motivated, caring, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an individual that can help our business grow through daily interactions with current clients and new business! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is a self starter, and has excellent communication skills. Insurance experience is not required as we will assist in onsite training and access to training resources. This position can be Full-Time or Part-Time.

Responsibilities:

• Help establish good customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service by handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk in business.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their insurance policies, billing accounts, and additional insurance opportunities.
• The ability to identify growth opportunities within our current clientele.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, particularly Windows.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
