Bertke Electric Co. has been providing first class electrical services to the Greater Cincinnati area since 1928. We have had the pleasure of building some of Cincinnati’s finest buildings including: Hyatt Regency, Adams Landing, U.C. Geology and Physics, Riverbend Music Center, Kroger’s Headquarters Building as well as many grocery stores, retail stores and small office build outs. To better serve all our customer’s needs, we started a low voltage division of the company and provides a total solution for: Security Systems, Fire Detection Systems, Alarm Monitoring, Closed Circuit Television, Access Systems, Telephone Systems, Telephone Cabling and Computer Cabling. Bertke specializes in the maintenance and repair of all of electrical equipment.

Titan Mechanical Solutions is a growing mechanical contractor with a proven track record on servicing and repairing all HVAC equipment including boilers and chillers for industrial and commercial accounts. We are currently filling an HVAC Estimator role which will be directly responsible for the estimating, business development and project managing of mechanical opportunities with new and existing Titan Mechanical Solutions customers.

Position Overview

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for various HR functions, including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding and compliance. This position will report to the General Manager's and will provide overall HR Support with a primary focus and responsibility for onboarding and employee relations. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a good understanding of HR laws and regulations.

The Human Resource Manager plays a crucial role in managing various HR functions within the organization.

Compensation: $60-65 annually based on experience

Essential Job Functions

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Experience and proficiency in utilizing ATS and/or HRIS system.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and tact with internal and external customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • AA/AS degree in HR or Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • PHR, SPHR preferred
  • Medium- Advanced Microsoft Office skills- preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Willingness to continue learning and stay up-to-date on all HR law & procedures
