Ripe is Hiring a Reservations Specialist Near Salt Lake, UT

Reservations Specialist

As we continue rapidly expanding into new geographies, new verticals, and new business partner API integrations, Ripe is seeking an exceptional Reservations Specialist responsible for creating an outstanding first impression over the phone and providing exceptional customer service by assisting in booking reservations while discovering the needs of travelers through a consultative sales approach.

Who is Ripe?

Ripe is a rapidly growing B2B travel technology company that offers a locally focused lodging solution that enhances the traveler search and booking experience, promotes all levels of lodging partners, and provides clients with a powerful tool to drive awareness and demand. Some of our marquis clients include Atlanta, Vancouver, Salt Lake City, Ottawa, Florida Keys, Charlotte, Columbus, Santa Cruz, Park City, Times Square NYC, Alta Ski Area, and the Sundance Film Festival, to name a few. Our continued growth has allowed us to attract investors and most recently closed a series seed investment round of $1.8 million in Sept 2022. These funds will allow for expansion in engineering, sales, marketing, and client support. Our mission is to democratize travel by shifting lodging bookings away from generic travel sites to the grassroots level, where travel demand is created.

On our team, we have passionate cyclists, low-handicapped golfers (some serious hacks, too), ski team coaches, soccer players, hockey players, book and puzzle lovers, musicians, moms and dads, and individuals looking to make a difference in the travel industry.
