THE WELL New York

Adjacent to Union Square Park and just steps away from Fifth Avenue, THE WELL New York is an integrated wellness center in the heart of New York City. The 13,000-square-foot space brings together modern medicine and ancient healing practices that focus on whole-person health. The brand’s flagship location includes a full-service spa (featuring a steam room, dry and infrared saunas, as well as treatment rooms for bodywork and skin care), a functional medicine practice and health coaching, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, an organic wellness café, yoga and meditation studios, a foot rub and IV therapy lounge and an innovative posture lab. • Organize scheduling of appointments to maximize use of time and profitability while ensuring that the guest's needs are of first importance.
• Obtain and accurately record all relevant guest information including contact details, credit card details, and guest preferences.
• Prepare and respond to all guest correspondence and administration as per brand standards and ensure excellent presentation.
• Confirming Appointments with our CRM systems.
• Gathering Client Data, Notes, and Booking information with our CRM system.
• Increasing Repeat Bookings through our CRM system.
• Increasing Service Add-ons prior to appointments.
• Increasing cross category bookings through our CRM system.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, organization of the reception area at all times.
• Ensure that adequate supplies of all public information material are available and are in immaculate condition.
• Record and track turn-away business and repeat guests through the club software system.
• Prepare the reception area for the start of the next shift, ensuring all messages are communicated and carry out a detailed pass-over.
• Answer telephones within three rings and in a professional manner, following THE WELL’s brand standards.
• Liaise with other club departments to ensure guest needs are met and communicated.

Guest Relations

• Maintain the highest standard of guest service by following THE WELL’s protocols and displaying genuine care and attention to detail.
• Consistently record guest preferences, accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times including data protection, medical details and any information provided in confidence by the client.
• Report any guest complaints to the Lead on Duty so that they can be handled promptly and effectively. 

General 

• Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
• Follow uniform standards at all times.
• Always punctual and prepared for daily shifts.
• Ability to multitask in a high volume and demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that is friendly and helpful in disposition.
• Strong reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Requires knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and required systems.
• Must adhere to trainings, as deemed necessary.
