Job Description
Position: Inventory and Lost & Found Coordinator
Department: Housekeeping
Primary Responsibilities:
• Log In / Out all lost & found items
• Ensure all items are returned to guest in a timely manner
• Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies. Order as needed.
• Maintains Marketing collateral inventory. Order as needed.
• Track all furniture repairs and its progress
• Partner constantly with engineering for updates on furniture.
• Create Turndown Boards.
• Audit the hanger charges.
• Trains new Office Coordinators.
• Enters additional contractual payroll: trainer pay, extra credits, bodily fluid and sewage into spreadsheet.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Work on projects as needed
• Pick-up lost items from rooms
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
• Weekends and holidays required. Number of hours worked dependent upon house count and seniority

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required, equivalent experience, etc.)
• Computer experience required
Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification, highest required/preferred, field of study)
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone, in-person, group; Written: memos, documents)
• Excellent oral and written skills
Technical Requirements: • Basic computer skills preferred
• Experience with Property Management Systems (OPERA, Knowcross)
• Drivers License required
