Primary Responsibilities: • Provide customer service – set ups, Food/Beverage
• Ability to anticipate guests needs
• Be readily available to serve guests at all times while performing a multitude of duties
• Continuous cleaning of area of responsibility
• Ability to exceed guest’s expectations
• Responsible daily for a bank of $300 , and flow of cash throughout the day
Secondary Responsibilities: • Daily preparation work for guests’ service
• Heavy and light cleaning done daily and weekly
• Must be able to work as a team with others to provide guest service
• Daily and weekly ordering
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)• Mostly day shifts – some evenings
• Times of day may vary
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria
Past Work Experience Requirements: • Food and beverage experience required
• Customer service experience required
Educational Requirements: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Some college preferred
Communication Skills Requirements: • Excellent grammar and verbal skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Mature
• Self assured
Technical Requirements:• Great organizational skills
Required Supervision: • Supervision is provided.
Other Requirements:
• Flexibility to work schedules that may be adjusted daily
• Must be able to assume responsibilities of the server if need be
