Titan Hospitality Restaurant Group is Hiring an Assistant Private Event Coordinator Near Gambrills, MD
You will be responsible for General knowledge of serving in a finer dining restaurant setting, catering experience preferred. Exceptional ability to plan, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Ability to collaborate with Event Coordinator and Chefs. Comfortable working as a team and being the flagship of our commitment to culture. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hours are based on a 40-hour work week, days based on the needs of the Event Coordinator & Events; hours can be longer depending on number of leads & events needing assistance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities
Will be the point of contact for all new leads and emails coming in.
Will assist the Event Coordinator with lead follow-ups, emails & phone calls. Will be available to assist in walk-throughs when needed.
Will act in place of the Event Coordinator when they are not available or out of the office.
Will complete any other tasks assigned by the Event Coordinator.
Will assist with the day-to-day communications of the banquet event orders with the Operations Team.
Will close out all events in Tripleseat.
Will maintain and oversee the event equipment, ordering, organization, and maintenance.
Will assist the Operations Management Team with executing events, working with the clients on the day of the events & ensuring the staff is informed of the event details (to be scheduled based on Event Coordinators needs)
