Titan Hospitality Restaurant Group is Hiring an Assistant Private Event Coordinator Near Gambrills, MD

You will be responsible for General knowledge of serving in a finer dining restaurant setting, catering experience preferred. Exceptional ability to plan, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Ability to collaborate with Event Coordinator and Chefs. Comfortable working as a team and being the flagship of our commitment to culture. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hours are based on a 40-hour work week, days based on the needs of the Event Coordinator & Events; hours can be longer depending on number of leads & events needing assistance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities
  • Will be the point of contact for all new leads and emails coming in.
  • Will assist the Event Coordinator with lead follow-ups, emails & phone calls. Will be available to assist in walk-throughs when needed.
  • Will act in place of the Event Coordinator when they are not available or out of the office.
  • Will complete any other tasks assigned by the Event Coordinator.
  • Will assist with the day-to-day communications of the banquet event orders with the Operations Team.
  • Will close out all events in Tripleseat.
  • Will maintain and oversee the event equipment, ordering, organization, and maintenance.
  • Will assist the Operations Management Team with executing events, working with the clients on the day of the events & ensuring the staff is informed of the event details (to be scheduled based on Event Coordinators needs)
