Roosevelt Elivert Insurance Agency in Bowie, MD, is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Customer Sales Representative. We have two locations with a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment to ensure you have all of the tools you need to be successful. There is never a dull moment in the office, and we pride ourselves on our excellent, inclusive culture. We participate in team outings, Christmas parties, and we've even taken a trip together to Vegas! This is the perfect opportunity to learn about the insurance industry and to enter a field that is constantly growing and evolving. Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 / year with the opportunity to earn an additional $5,000-$10,000 in commissions, year end base salary commission range is $45,000-$50,000.

Responsibilities
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes.
- Servicing existing clients insurance polices and needs.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be building rapport with existing clients and have the opportunity to market additional product offerings.
- You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Must be able to acquire Property Casualty Insurance License
