Mountain States Property Management is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. This position will be part-time and will run from now until about October. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our properties.

Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds, performing landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and watering, and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly. Additionally, you will assist with snow removal during winter months and collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall satisfaction of our residents and visitors.

Qualifications: Must be available one day a week (T, W, or Th) to assist with mowing and weeding beginning at 8:00am for 6-8 hours; all other days may be a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces. This position is not eligible for benefits or PTO.
