Mountain States Property Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to help in our lease-up. This position requires a high level of communication and interaction with future and current residents of our properties. The Leasing Specialist greatly impacts the success of our business and is vital to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:
Cultivate strong rapport with tenants, promptly addressing concerns to strengthen satisfaction levels. Utilize expert conflict resolution skills to address tenant grievances amiably and in compliance with regulations. Implement innovative resident retention initiatives to foster long-term community stability and encourage positive online reviews.

Leasing:
Responds to leads in a timely manner, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Shows rental units, relaying property specifics to potential renters. Generates leads to be reviewed and signed by renters.

Organization:

Helps to ensure the office runs smoothly. Completes all tasks assigned in a professional manner. Make and direct appointments with leads for tours of properties.

Qualifications:

Results-driven mindset with a commitment to customer service and working as a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year related experience, preferably in leasing, or sales (strongly preferred)
• CAM or similar industry certifications are advantageous
• Bi-lingual skills wanted
