About the Role: As a Front Desk Agent at Think Tell Junction, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll handle inquiries, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage appointments and schedule meetings for staff members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services and amenities.

Qualifications:
