As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from conception to completion.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
• Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and reconciling invoices.
• Coordinate event marketing efforts, including promotional materials and social media campaigns.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
