Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hotel, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests. This is a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected

- Empty trash containers and replace liners

- Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed

- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing floors

- Maintain common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells

- Follow established procedures for the safe handling of cleaning chemicals

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
