Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic food preparation knowledge is a plus - Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures - Understanding of food safety practices - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Basic math skills for cash handling We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
