Job Description

This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement projects in line with the strategic and operating plans. The Lean Manufacturing Manager will lead Lean maturity assessments and improvement initiatives for the site, partnering with site leaders on strategy and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Validate achieved Lean savings and recommend operational process improvements.
• Facilitate project charters, identifying and sustaining desired changes.
• Lead projects from idea generation to execution.
• Provide strategic insight and evaluation of organizational progression.
• Mentor Continuous Improvement teams and frontline staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site Lean training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of successful leadership in Lean/Six Sigma efforts.
• Lean Master or Master Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of operational excellence and continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
