Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound sales efforts to generate leads and appointments.
• Effectively close sales with cold leads by showcasing the benefits of our services and addressing client concerns.
• Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for current and prospective patients, answering inquiries and providing information about our services.
• Coordinate patient schedules and appointments, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with our team to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic services setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the growth of our company.
• Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is a plus, but not required.
