Evening Shift- 5-9pm Weekend Rotation (1weekend a month)

The Front Desk Worker position is customer service and task oriented. Must communicate clearly and effectively with people. Must effectively sell services including but not limited to personal training, group fitness, and memberships. Must adapt quickly, easily, and effectively to a changing environment including but not limited to customer needs, computer tasks, marketing specials, and ever-changing programs. Other regular duties include being efficient with the following: cash register, current computer software, towel services, and other duties as assigned.

The role of a Front Desk worker is to set the ‘stage’ for each customer to receive the best health and wellness experience. The role focuses on customer service by keeping the facility clean, tidy, and presentable, greeting each customer warmly and positively, and giving clear direction to customers to help operations run smoothly. 

Spanish Speaking highly desirable.
