Responsibilities:
Works under moderate supervision to providecustomer service and process guest requests and reservations.
Applies knowledge of Company products, services,and policies and services, to evaluate customer’s needs, provide information,resolve complaints, and to generate sales.
Processes and monitors transactions and verifiessuccessful completion.
Maintains records of reservations andtransactions within appropriate logs.
Performs clerical duties required bydepartmental supervision.
Answers calls from customers, team members andleadership to respond to guests' queries, process guest requests andreservations.
Coordinate guest amenity requests, reservations,and special requests.
Assists customers, team members, leadership andresponds to queries.
May be asked to assist in other Hotel Servicesareas as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
This position requires an individual whom isresponsible, reliable, organized, works well under pressure and is detailedoriented.
Requires basic math skills and ability to read,write, and speak English accurately and professionally.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
