Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for guests to and from designated locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong guest relations skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties: - Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations - Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings - Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests - Maintain cleanliness and appearance of shuttle vehicles - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations - Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues or concerns - Assist with other duties as assigned by management Experience: - Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service roles preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette - Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus - Multilingual abilities are highly desired - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests We offer competitive pay rates and provide opportunities for career growth within our organization.
