Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join our team. As a shuttle driver/ houseman maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hotel, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests.

Driving the shuttle to and from the Airport, training facilities and expo.

Light maintenace

Duties:

- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms

- Empty trash and replace liners in all designated areas

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner

- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- maintenance items such as tv issues, plumbing, and ptac issues

Experience:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent customer service skills

- Clean driving record
