Job Summary:
The Director of State Licensure Operations provides high-level support to the Center for Credentialing & Education’s (CCE) customer service team, educational review applications, examination registrations, Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination (CPCE) program, and score verification processes for all our regulatory clients. The Director is required to use a wide degree of creativity and latitude in daily decision-making, thereby relieving the Vice President of CCE of administrative functions. This position is also responsible for aiding the Vice President in formulating and administering organization policies, improving the efficiency of employees, and ensuring increased levels of client satisfaction. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality.
