Role:
The Human Resources (HR) Administrator role at Spectrum Medical Care Center (SMCC) is of utmost importance as it directly reports to the CEO. This position oversees the human resources department and supports the health center's operations. The HR Administrator's primary responsibility is to ensure that all people-related initiatives align with the organization's goals, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling, medical staff services, and credentialing. They must drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. SMCC serves the LGBTQ Community, and our HR Administrator must have a profound understanding of equity and inclusive HR best practices. The role requires high confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgment while operating with minimal supervision.
