Responsibilities:

• Manage a small group of Marketing Representatives that are responsible for securing in-home consultations for our sales team

• Coach and train your employees, through various facilitation and feedback techniques

• Providing thorough evaluations of employees for our management staff

• Assist in recruiting, to ensure we maintain an acceptable staffing percentage on our team

• Conduct interviews for your team, provide feedback on candidates to Talent Acquisition team

• Partner with Retail/Events Marketing Manager to ensure team is performing, needs are being met

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and marketing in person experience is required

• Must be comfortable and proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office

• Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record. (Required)

• Have reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 30-40lbs

• Must be willing to travel up to an hour to and from work each day

• Great time management/self-starter

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
