Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Proximity Marketing associates are the first interaction with new customers. They meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering free in-home consultations for our in-home sales Design Consultants. This is a perfect opportunity to learn more about your community, interact with diverse people, and have control of your earning and professional growth!
- Travel to and from our office in Farmingdale to local neighborhoods in a company vehicle.
- Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads in assigned territory.
- Work independently and with a team.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
- Report to our office daily to meet with your team.
- High Energy/Outgoing Personality
- 2 years’ experience in sales, hospitality or customer service is a PLUS, but not necessary!
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude through rejection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking skills
- High School diploma
- $20/hr base salary uncapped commission structure
- Company apparel and paid training

- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm November-March, 11am-7pm April-October
