Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Professional Recruiter to join our team! This is a direct position with full benefits and competitive pay.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates for our all of our clients. You will be responsible for recruitment and the onboarding processes.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to : Sourcing and dispositioning candidates for open positions, along with searching for and initiating contact with passive , hiring managers and recruiters, and act as liaison between the company and the , documenting Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (0) - ten (10) years' experience in recruiting or inside sales role.

Will consider entry level candidates with a desire to succeed. A minimum of one (1) years of professional administrative experience, preferably in a recruiting, inside sales or communications , verbal and written communication , creating and proofing , Ohio and West Virginia.
