Job Opportunity: Temporary Healthcare Staffing Agency Recruiter/Scheduler

Staffology Solutions, LLC is seeking a part time position for a highly motivated Temporary Healthcare Staffing Agency Recruiter with a minimum of one year's experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for temporary placements.

- Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to meet and exceed targets.

- Collaborate with team members for successful group recruitments.

- Identify hidden talent through strategic recruitment approaches.

- Scheduling for facilities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare staffing and Recruitment.

- Proven track record of successful recruitment in the healthcare industry.

- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic remote work environment.

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not limited
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of talent management principles and practices
- Experience with HR sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other social media platforms
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with employee evaluation processes is a plus
