Role Overview:
The Field Marketing Manager, Events plays a crucial role in driving sales and marketing goals by collaborating with various teams to develop and execute effective field campaigns, events, and growth strategies. Their main objective is to engage potential buyers and customers through multi-disciplinary marketing activities that result in sales pipeline and brand awareness. They are responsible for creating and executing both paid and owned event-related campaigns and identifying other relationship-building opportunities such as targeted marketing campaigns.
In the role, the Field Marketing Specialist translate go-to-market strategies and identified opportunities into actionable and measurable programs with the ability to own projects from conception through reporting. The candidate’s experience in marketing unlocks new ways of marketing to Eptura’s audience, and is held accountable to detail-orientation, deadlines, and strategy to create experiences for customers and prospects that result in sales pipeline. The candidate must be a team player who has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.
