Position Overview: As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing expert guidance on AT&T products and services, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about AT&T products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and plans to meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of AT&T products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
