The Apprentice will assist the Journeyman with running wires, conduit and assist with installing roof racking and solar panels as part of the Pekin High School Solar Project.

Physical Demands:
Must be physically able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment including electronic and diagnostic tools, recovery equipment, and various other equipment. Must be able to move or carry objects or materials. This position requires: stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical demand requirements are at levels of those of medium work.
Work Environment:
This job operates alongside the Journeyman in all environments, which includes extreme cold or heat depending on the time of year. Vehicles are used as the base of operations.
