Shifts available for cleaners and floor technicians: Sunday-Wednesday 5am - 3pm. Additional shifts may be available in the future.

A Floor tech's responsibilities may include any or all of the following duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of floors and floor coverings by sweeping, mopping, stripping, finishing, buffing, spot cleaning, bonnet cleaning and extracting.
• Operate various cleaning machines and power equipment, including scrubbers, buffers, vacuum cleaners, wet mops and other cleaning equipment as needed.
• Knows and adheres to federal and state safety regulations. Demonstrates knowledge and awareness of maintaining and clean, tidy and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all PPE requirements and work safely with and around chemical cleaners, solutions and power cleaning equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to understand and follow communicated instructions
• 1 years of custodial work experience preferred.
• Floor care experience and/or certification is preferred, but not required.
• May require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, twist, and walk up to 2 miles per day.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
