Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining boiler equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain boiler systems in accordance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Monitor boiler performance, water levels, and pressure gauges
- Perform routine maintenance on boilers, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing parts
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any abnormalities
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians for complex repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial mechanics, and hydraulics
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
- Strong customer service skills to interact with other staff members effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in Boiler Operation is a plus
