At Winrock Town Center that includes, we are looking for an individual to help maintain this magnificent property. We are seeking a knowledgeable individual with commercial landscaping experience.

• Become an important member of our landscaping crew.
• Install, maintain and repair irrigation.
• Install, maintain and replenish landscaping beds and display areas.
• Trim trees and bushes.
• Knowledge of construction a plus.

Schedule may vary and you should be available to work weekends. Pay based upon experience.

LANDSCAPE PROFESSIONAL FULL jOB descrIPTION

Job Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Field Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain landscape areas at assigned property to ensure a clean and neat appearance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: NOTE: Goodman Realty Group may unilaterally change the requirements of this job description at any time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Knowledge in both construction and maintenance of landscaping. Including but not limited to operating Skid steer, trenchers, augers, mowers, line trimmers, hedgers, and all other types of landscape equipment as well as all basic hand tools.
• Installation of landscape materials such as gravel, large boulders, borders...etc., large trees, shrubs, and other plant material. Concrete knowledge a plus.
• Installation as well as troubleshooting and repairing irrigation systems.
• Perform general cleanup of landscaped areas including removal of trash blown onto landscaped areas, beds, planters, etc.
• Maintain tools/equipment used on the job.
• Wears all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment that is required.
• Assist others with various projects and tasks on an as needed basis and directed by manager/supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• One year of experience directly related to the essential functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.
• Organizational skills to keep track of multiple jobs and their materials needs.
• A valid New Mexico driver's license, vehicle insurance, good driving record and reliable vehicle.
