The Keller Group is hiring a Store Manager for our client’s Milpitas location in the San Jose area. Our client is a highly reputable sports and lifestyle brand with a large ecommerce footprint and a loyal customer base. The ideal Store Manager candidate will be a dynamic self-starter that has experience managing teams and operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Recruit, hire, train and manage a successful team to achieve store sales plan, manage expenses, and foster company growth.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals and standards of performance.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
• Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews & Store Meetings.
• Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices.
• Plan weekly staffing schedules in compliance with schedules policy.
• Resolve customer issues gracefully and effectively.
• Understand the client’s culture and demonstrate it to the team. Lead by example!

Store Manager Qualifications:

• Prior management experience in retail environment a MUST.
• 5 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week (including night and weekend shifts).
