Our client is dedicated to excellence and is seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedAccounting Managerto join their team and work on establishing internal controls. This leader will play a pivotal role in leading their accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document internal control policies with the Corporate Controller.
• Implement and monitor controls to ensure compliance and safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with teams to document business processes and create process flow documents.
• Oversee monthly account reconciliations and ensure adherence to GAAP.
• Lead Month-End Close processes and manage staff productivity.
• Handle special projects including software enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of Accounting management experience. 
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CPA preferred; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; Visio experience is advantageous.
