Working Hours: 40/weekWork Location: 1789 W. Jefferson Street, Phoenix, AZ, 85007Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes, and verifies employee travel claims and creates fiscal transactions utilizing the applicable automated accounting system.
- These systems include the Human Resources Information Solutions (HRIS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications.
- Researches unresolved financial documents and responds to traveler/employee inquiries; consults with the supervisor, presenting and resolving complex transactions.
- This position applies accounting principles and practices of governmental accounting while exercising discretion and independent judgment within the Administration's established practices and performing related work as required.
