The Human Resource Generalist will assist their respective department and will be recruiting, doing employee relations, and onboarding, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of HR experience, previous experience in a manufacturing company is required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
