Foresight Technologies is looking for a Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll administration, garnishments, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing. We are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist with at least 3 years of experience with the following qualifications:

• Experience in payroll administration, payroll services, and payroll processing
• Knowledge of garnishments and payroll taxes
• Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of AZ labor laws and regulations
• Certified payroll preferred
• Paylocity experience preferred

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of wage and hour laws
• Knowledge of current federal and state payroll tax
• Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and orientation are a must
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to work with multiple interruptions and time deadlines – flexibility is key
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods, working at a computer or desk
• Capacity to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Capability to attend and lead meetings, events, and presentations
• Mobility to move around the office and frequently navigate worksites
• Manual dexterity to use office equipment and perform necessary job functions
• Visual acuity to read and analyze documents and reports
• Auditory ability to listen and interact during discussions and meetings
